1. All orders are subject to these terms & conditions and your acceptance is articulated by completing the on-line order from and ticking the “Terms & Conditions” box.
2. Photo-Arts will return your original material along with your completed order. Every care will be taken to safeguard material however, it is sent at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by transit or any other reason beyond our control.
3. You must have the right or permission to reproduce any image you send to Photo-Arts.
4. Photo-Arts will not be held liable for any costs or damages arising from the reproduction of any image submitted to us.
5. Orders must be paid for by credit/debit card before despatch, which will normally be within 7 days of receipt of payment.
6. Prices are as stated on the website at the time of ordering.
7. Terms and conditions may be altered without notice and will be posted on the website.

RIGHTS TO RETURN 

If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from us, you may return the product to us and obtain a refund of the price of the product returned. A refund will only be given if you contact us within 14 days of delivery of product. All returned products must be unused, in original condition and undamaged.
